On 19.06.2024 and 20.06.2024 Honorable President of MSIL Mr. Puttarangashetty and the Managing Director Shri. Manoj Kumar. IFS visited the Karnataka Bhavan in Mumbai and inspected the building. He also visited the branch office in Mumbai. On this occasion General Manager of Planning Department Mr. B. Chandrasekhar was also present.

On 10.06.2024, a program of planting one thousand saplings was organized in Anekal zone Bhutanahalli small forest area under the corporate social responsibility (CSR) of the organization in collaboration with MSIL and Forest Department as part of Environment Day. The Managing Director of MSIL Shri. Manoj Kumar, IFS and Shri. A. M. Chandrappa, Director participated in the event. Senior officers of forest department Mr. Ravindra Kumar N, Deputy Conservator of Forests and Shri. Suresh, Assistant Conservator of Forests, executives and officers of MSIL were present on the occasion.

Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Jayanti was celebrated at MSIL to commemorate the 515th Birth anniversary of the founder of Bengaluru. Shri. Puttarangashetty, MLA, Chairman MSIL, Shri Manoj Kumar, IFS, MD MSIL and Senior Officers of MSIL were present during the occasion.

Sri Puttarangashetty, Chairman MSIL and Shri Manoj Kumar, IFS Managing Director MSIL met Shri HC Mahadevappa, Minister for Social Welfare. Principal Secretary of Social Welfare Department Major P Manivannan and Commissioner Dr Rakesh Kumar, IAS were also present during the meeting. Chairman MSIL requested the Honorable Minister to support MSIL by providing more business from the Department. Shri HC Mahadevappa has assured his full support to the endeavour to strengthen the ties between MSIL and Social Welfare Department.

MSIL participated in Vana Mahotsava 2024 organised by Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment, Government of Karnataka and Karnataka State Pollution Control Board. Sri Siddaramaiah, Honourable Chief Minister and Shri Eshwar Khandre, Honourable Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment visited the MSIL Stall. They were welcomed by Shri Manoj Kumar, IFS, MD MSIL.

MSIL has set up it's Tours and Travel Kiosks in 3 days exhibition India's Primier Travels and Tours organised in Palace Ground, Bengaluru. Information about premier national and international tour packages is available in this stall. Hon'ble Managing Director Sri. Manoj Kumar visited the exhibition and reviewed the performance of MSIL stall.

Hon'ble Minister for Commerce & Industries Sri. M.B. Patil and Sri Puttarangashetty, MLA, Chairman MSIL, handed over the MSIL donation check of 2.5 Crore Rupees towards Chief Minister Relief Fund to Hon'ble Chief Minister Sri. Siddaramaiah ji. During this time Chief Minister was also briefed about development and performance of MSIL. Sri Manoj Kumar, IFS, MD MSIL and senior executives were present during the occasion.
