MSIL Chits Refund/Return Policy

Introduction / ಪರಿಚಯ

This policy outlines the conditions under which subscribers may be eligible for refunds or cancellations of chit subscriptions.

ಈ ನೀತಿ ಚಿಟ್ ಚಂದಾದಾರರು ಹಣ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಅಥವಾ ನೋಂದಣಿ ರದ್ದತಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

Refund Conditions / ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು

• Subscribers withdrawing before the first auction will receive a full refund after deducting applicable charges.
• ಚಂದಾದಾರರು ಮೊದಲ ಹರಾಜಿನ ಮೊದಲು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯಲು ಬರೆಹದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದು, ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Refund Processing Time / ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಸಮಯ

Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval.

ಮರುಪಾವತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯಾದ 15-30 ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Mode of Refund / ಮರುಪಾವತಿಯ ವಿಧಾನ

Refunds will be made through NEFT/RTGS to the registered bank account of the subscriber.

ಮರುಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಚಂದಾದಾರರ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ NEFT/RTGS ಮೂಲಕ ಜಮೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
